[afp-renderer-developers] Docs for configuration

I've just checked in afp-fop-src/docs/configuring.html with explanations
and reference documentation for the font configuration. As this work is
only relevant for when version 1.1 is released, I haven't published on
sourceforge yet, but you can preview it here:
