[afp-renderer-developers] XML2AFP changes

FYI, I've just checked in a refactored XML2AFP to make the following
changes:
* Input options are now more consistent with other command-line apps
* New -h option
* New -v option
* Removed most of the static methods
* Added new Arguments nested class to better encapsulate arg processing.
