[afp-renderer-developers] Working towards v1.1.0

I've knocked a few things off the TODO list at
http://www.exubero.com/wiki/index.php/AFP_Renderer

* There is now a HACKING file in afp-fop-src, which currently contains
the notes on how to build a release distribution.

* Reorganised the docs menu to contain different sections

* Added new doc pages for building, configuring, running and embedding
the AFP Renderer. Currently, these pages are empty, so feel free to
contribute if you feel keen.

* Updated the download docs with cvs instructions

* Updated the resources docs with Terrapin and www.xslfo.info

* Published the docs (warts and all)
