#7 Section Title and Description

It will be interesting to have an admin module which
allows you to navigate thru folders, to select a folder
for adding Title and Description, so when navigating
that section, with the thumbs in the public view, you
can see the Title and Description entered.

I think it can be resolved easily using specific files
in the folder to store the data. One file for title and
one file for description. That way, when moving folders
the data remains the same (this won't happend if using
MySQL to associate the data to the section name, at
least not without extra functionality).
