When using cache, the number of comments for each image
are not being updated.
Because cache is a static representation of the section
html, with thumbs and comments quantity reference, when
an image recieves a comment it does not modify the
counter for that image, because the section is already
cached.

Extra comments:
Regenerating cache is not a solution, because of the
performance loss, except we develop individual thumb cache.
Other solution (I personally like this one) may be to
use AJAX to get the number of comments dinamically when
viewing the section.
