#7 installation package corrupt

After downloading and trying to execute the win XP
installer I get
"corrupt installation detected, check source media or
re-download."

This is on
AetheraInstallXp_1.2.1-050401.exe

This is definitely a problem of the downloaded files
(tried different mirrors)

Any hints?
