#5 How to change week start day?

I am using Aethera in Israel, on the Windows version.

Here we start the week on Sunday.
I tried but didn't find a way to set this.

Using the KOrganizer on Linux, it is possible to change
to week's start day to Sunday.

How can I do it in the windows version?
