#8 Portability: use of bzero

[Anonymous]

In the following files, bzero(3) is used without
including strings.h. This breaks on solaris 7 and
probably all versions of solaris. Fix by #include
<strings.h>

netsocket.cpp
netprotocol.cpp

This ison the 2.2Beta release.
