Hoenir branch started!

Hoenir is the branch for storing up-to-date design specifications, documentations, pre-release changelog and code skeleton of the Aesir project. At this point Hoenir is merely a non-working server framework, but you can download and look at it if you want. ;)

The next milestone of the project will be announced later.
