This request if for a feature to be added to prompt the user in order to save them from themselves, since there isn't an Aegis undo of an - Aegis Undo.

I had a change open and added new files "aenf" to the baseline. After Aegis was done adding the files, I performed a diff (aed). I noticed one file "a scratch file" was added by mistake. So, I attempted to remove the offending file by coping its location and pasting it behind the aenfu command. Somehow, I missed the hard return after the directory name "../Src/ " and before the file name. The results, were that all 60-70 files I had added as new files for the past 2 months were aenfu'd and removed from the source directory.

An interactive user prompt, something like, "There are X new files about to be removed from the Aegis project fubar.fubar.fu.c001, do you wish to continue?" for an aenfu and "File fubar.txt has been modified from the baseline, do you wish to uncopy?"

Or, maybe Aegis could make backups ",B" of undone files into a safety change (which we create for each project branch, -c 999) for recovery in such a case. I could see this as a problem for aenfu and aecpu, both cases could blow away new or modified files that weren't intended to be blown away.
