I'm trying to integrate a branch into its parent. After aeib, aeb
segfaults - even a DEBUG build segfaults with no message. aed hits an
assert. This happened with 4.21 and 4.22; I debugged it under 4.22.

If I execute

aed -p GemStoneCodeManagement.0 -c 2 -trace aegis/aed.cc -trace libaegis/change/file/path.cc

I get the following at the end:
