I am unable to aedist -send -bl one of our projects, aedist insists on
trying to open nonexistent files from the parent branch's baseline which
have been aerm'ed many branches ago.

I can work around this my touch'ing the supposedly missing files in the
branch's baseline.

However, when I integrate the branch and open a new one I am
back to square one; the files are gone again since they are no longer
source nor derived.

I've tried fiddling with -trace options, but can't find any aedist/*.cc
file to trace that yields useful output.
