Status report pt. II

I've updated the website theme to appreciate the nearing new release. Parts of the site are still unworking (ie. docs except for pubapi ref, nightly cvs snapshot, ...), but those will be fixed when the next release comes out. Hopefully 0.10 will be out in a week or so. Meanwhile, take a look at the [1]API docs for some new [2]additions.
