Are you sure that: - other rules in your postmatch work? - you're using wrapzap, and it's correctly pointing at your postmatching rules with the ZAP_POSTMATCH variable? - your postmatching rules are readable by the user that squid is running as. The easy way is to ensure that they, and their parent directories, are publicly readable. The rule itself looks ok.
