#2 error in patterns

There is an error in the current rc/patterns file. It looks
like line 704 should not be a "PASS" rule.

Error in line 704: 'PASS http://\((www*.|)
skins.be)/framepic.php?(*) http://$1/kijk_onder.php?$3'

This error was detected and reported by pyredir's
adzap2pyredir script.

I dunno if this is worth a bug report... let me now if future
bugs like this deserver a report of if email notification is
enough.
