DS 214 isn't starting to the given time - shutdown works

Hello,
I have a problem with my ds 214 with the newest software and your APM 3.4-7.
Shutdown is working fine, but the DS isn't sttarting at the given time.
And 2. It would be nice to copy the protocol, but I can't mark the lines (FF and Chrome).
