    Hello,

first oh all I'd like to thank you for the afford and time you are spending making the Advanced Power Manager. It's a great tool!

I'm a little confused about the delayed shutdown feature. What exactly is it supposed to do? I have scheduled a start every day at 8:00 o'clock and a shutdown at 23:59. This works perfectly. But when I actived the delayed shutdown and set it to e.g. 10 minutes, the diskstation shuts down after 10 inutes when there's no activity. Is this supposed to work like that? What's the purpose of it? Thank you for your answer!

    Regards

    Hello,
The Delayed Shutdown plugin is a Pre-Shutdown plugin. When enabled, it will initiate the Shutdown procedure after a certain delay from NAS startup (in your case 10 minutes), whatever the Shutdown time has been planned (it overrides the Shutdown time in fact).
It must be used with other plugins such as Disk Activity, Connections, etc, otherwise 10 minutes after start, the NAS will shut down immediately.
