Added a simple table lookup stemmer and basic functions for a n-gram stemming algorithm.

The AdvaS Library is available from now on. It provides three basic algorithms used in information retrieval, such as Term Frequency (tf), Inverse Document Frequency (idf) and a version of the Soundex algorithm.
