#3 Triple-Pick needs to be its own mode

The triple-pick sequence needs to be its own mode with its own think and whatnot. This will make it simple for the code to handle all of the requests/countdown.

Make sure to override and nullify the Labelize() so it doesn't clutter up the server (invisible mode!)
