#306 Support using system libdeflate [patch]

advancecomp should allow using the system libdeflate, if desired, to match the policy of numerous Linux distributions and to make resolving security issues in libdeflate easier. The attached patch adds this capability when desired by adding --disable-bundled-libdeflate to configure.
