The code and graphics for the base controls is not open source. Some selected portions of the code is given to those taking the training classes.
That code is the same as if you were developing a custom control for a standard windows application. The way the software is designed, you can take any windows forms control and add the layer that links properties to the PLC communication drivers. The layer for linking to the drivers is fully open source.

I can not seem to find the resouces or code for the controls in the download.
