Hey.
F-Secure and Windows Defender are constantly deleting this program as it is detected as Trojan.
What can we do about it? Or is it really infected?

It is completely safe. AYClient.exe is a wrapper which extracts the batch file to your Temporary folder and then runs it. This behvaiour must have triggered your AV. :)
