This behavior can happen in two potential scenarios:
    1. You sent the ADTPro program before sending ProDOS, so it's trying to talk to an operating system that doesn't exist, or
    2. There is a device (like SCSI) that is being queried by ProDOS, but is not responding.

Do you have any drive controller cards plugged into the machine that perhaps don't have anything plugged into them?

I'm not sure......I was able to create prodos 8 2.4.1 and Dos 3.3 from the disk server mentioned in my older post. I boot from the floppy then load ADTPro.....another question I have is can you use audio transfer for the dos version of ADTPRO?

Ok, you will hit the first problem (hang on device queries) if you boot DOS 3.3 and then run ADTPro client on top of that.

The DOS version, called ADT (not ADTPro) does not support the audio transfer.

ok i also have prodos 8 2.4.1 and able to load the audio client no problem....but it freezes when getting to the disk/slot Table

This suggests there is something wrong with the machine. Are there any cards inserted besides the Disk II card (typically slot 6) and maybe the 80 column card (typically in the aux slot)?

Actually yes...and I myself believe its a Ram extender....not really sure.....when i got this computer it there were 3 cards..... the disk 2....a printer interface(which is removed) and the one in the "aux" slot which is believed to to a ram extender cause it says "ramworks"

Have you tried with the Ramworks card removed?
Is your Disk II card in slot 6?

that is confirmed the disk expansion card in number 6 and i have not tried it with ramworks removed.
