Changed the installation directory of the shared object libgcc.so to match the libgcc.a as otherwise the libgcc file is prefered over libgcc.so when performing dynamic linking when libgcc.a is available in a path tried earlier. This is probably only a temporary fix.

The build directory can now also be outside this directory. Seperated cross and native build directory. Disabled c++ for the native build as recent stdc++ lib conflicts with some Amiga includes. Within the native build, added possibility to specifiy where required libraries are located.
