Hi David, If you like, you can send me your ROLs in a ZIP and I can record them to .WAV for you (using real OPL2 hardware). I am the author of the ROL player, but I'm not sure why there are problems with Adplug under OSX ... I suppose I should try compiling it on OSX and see what happens. I'll try to finish that player up one of these days ... at the moment my day job takes priority over everything else. regards, OPLx --- David Petrou <dp...@ec...> wrote: > hi. a sort of follow-up to my last message... i > got adplay working on > a linux machine. at least it doesn't coredump like > on my mac. > > however, i can't seem to play rol files. what am i > doing wrong? > > bwv988 0/140 ~/rols> adplay dreary.rol > adplay: unknown filetype -- dreary.rol > > am i wrong in assuming adplay should be able to > handle this file type? > if it can, could it be that rol support isn't > perfect and something in > my rols is screwing it up? if not, i guess my rols > are damaged... > > any help appreciated, > thanks, > david > > > > ------------------------------------------------------- > This SF.Net email is sponsored by: SourceForge.net > Broadband > Sign-up now for SourceForge Broadband and get the > fastest > 6.0/768 connection for only $19.95/mo for the first > 3 months! > http://ads.osdn.com/?ad_id=2562&alloc_id=6184&op=click > _______________________________________________ > adplug-general mailing list > adp...@li... > https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/adplug-general __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
