MAME AdPlug site broken

In AdPlug's home page, there is a download link that points to a site 
containing a version of MAME AdPlug.  However, following that link reaches 
a web site that is rendered in HTML source code instead of actual web 
page.  Although that site is supposedly owned by AdPlug Winamp maintainer 
Simon Peter, but the e-mail address from the AdPlug Winamp plugin is 
unreachable.
