#27 Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) MIDI support

Current version of AdPlug player cannot play the Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) MIDI format used by various DOS Protected mode games such as Battle Arena Toshinden, Earthworm Jim. For proper support, it needs to support the ability to select different instrument/drum banks. In the case of Battle Arena Toshinden, it loads different sound banks depending on the selected sound card.
