#87 Silent playback, slider jump for Indiana Jones 4 LAA

When playing some LucasArts AdLib Audio files from Indiana Jones 4[2] (eg: ij4_algiers_-_market_place1.laa, ij4_algiers_-_market_place4.laa) using plugin, the playback becomes silent if the song is played from the beginning, including looping back to beginning. Furthermore, by dragging the slider to 5 seconds from the beginning, the slider automatically jumps forward. However, if song is played from the position (or further forward) where the slider jumps to, music is played.
