#86 Lack of instrument info for LAA

In playing some versions of LucasArts AdLib Audio files (eg: Day of the Tentacle[2]) using plugin, the instrument list in the File Info dialogue box is empty, but not in others (eg: Indiana Jones 3[3]). Judging from the headers, it seems that the IAA files with no instrument list is using a centralized instrument definition similar to MIDI files, instead of a instrument list stored inside files. When handling file formats with centralizd list, the File Info dialogue box should show the instruments used by the song, sorted in chronological order or order based on the centralizd list.

In any case, the lack of distinction between 2 LAA header formats does not help address the matter. The Format field in plugin's File Info dialogue box should show a more detailed description to differentiate between formats.
