#85 Wrong song info for some file formats

In file formats that do not have order, pattern, row, or speed information (eg: LAA/LucasArts AdLib Audio), the File Info dialogue box incorrectly shows the values in the respective fields as 0. Some or all of those fields should be empty if the file formats do not contain such information. If such information is stored but cannot be deduced, the affected fields should be listed as unknown.
