Maybe I'm just a misguided noob, but I'm pretty sure that, in general, the port number for opl2 is four hexadecimal digits, not three decimal digits as is the case in the output tab.

I think you're right. I'll fix this as soon as I find some time. In the meantime, you should be able to set the port number in the .ini file. Thanks for spotting this!
