#4 Firebird MetaForeignKeys

Hi:
I'm speak spanish, sorry for the inconvenience.
I atach the code upgrade.
I don't have much time to test very well, but a think
this will work. I only tested with Employee.fdb or
Employee.gdb and seems to be fine.
Please, test the code because you know better than me
the adodb core.

In Spanish: Adicione al driver de firebird el soporte a
la función MetaForeignKeys() porque lo necesitaba.
No lo probé mucho pero me parece que funciona bien. Lo
probé contra la base de datos ejemplo de firebird
Employee.fdb o Employee.gdb y parece funcionar
correctamente.
Agradecería que fuese probado y verificado por si
contiene algún error.
