#15 nsgml errors
I'm a complete newbie trying to get psgml (Emacs)
working with this. After downloading the current
tarball, the first thing I did was have it verify my
document. I immediately got an error saying
DOCTYPE declaration is only valid in prolog
So, I switched to the shell and ran nsgml to check
things. It gave me additional errors, so I grabbed the
sample from the documentation, the one which creates a
table. Below what I get. What am I missing?

I've partially answered my own question by reading carefully
some of the SGML docs. The DTD file itself should not have
a DOCTYPE declaration at the top. Removing that fixes some
of the problems, but not all. I'm still poking.
