Version 1.0.14 Released

This release includes the addition of adobe::alert(), a one-function API to display an alert to the user with a consistent look and feel; added a GIL image detection/import/export factory to provide for a generic method of interfacing with external image files on disk; added adobe::image_t as a standalone UI core picture/icon/visual "label" widget; replaced adobe::static_text_t with a superior successor, adobe::label_t.
