Hi,

I have an installation of x64 running and am able to reproduce the issue.
While I don=B9t know the specifics just yet, I can tell you that it=B9s got
something to do with the manifest file not being what the x64 environment i=
s
expecting. I=B9ll continue to look into it =8B not sure yet when I=B9ll have
something definitive.
