[Adobe-source-devel] ASL 1.0.24 Released

Version 1.0.24 of the Adobe Source Libraries was released. Highlights of
this release include:

    * Added adobe::rotate and adobe::reduce_balanced, based on Alex
Stepanov's work. See http://www.stepanovpapers.com/notes.pdf
    * Added adobe::partition_selection_copy, adobe::split_selection, and
adobe::stable_partition_selection
    * Simplified overloading and namespace strategy
    * Rewrote the build instructions in hopes of making them easier to grasp
