The options that bugs me are:

-isysroot /Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.4u.sdk -mmacosx-version-min=10.4

I don't have that SDK. Again, I'm on 10.3.9. I suspect this is clearly 
related.

I'll check the rest when I get home.
