Hey Ralph, Thanks for taking these first steps. I've been on vacation for a couple days and am triaging my email at the moment... I'm actually in the midst of porting the code to Win32 right now, and have made a set of changes to the code base that I'd like to check in to CVS as soon as possible. Most of my changes involve a Windows-specific ui_core_implementation.hpp/cpp. The biggest help you can provide would actually be in generalizing express_viewer.cpp. I have made some changes there but there is a lot more that could/should be done. My request at this point is to hold off for a bit until I can get my changes checked in to CVS. I'll post on this list when the changes are in. Once that is done any help on furthering the Win32 implementation would be great!
