    Hey,

i have just installed a Virtual Machine with a Debian Server on it. MySQL, Tomcat  etc. are installed too.

I downloaded the latest Adminer (german, mysql) to /var/www. When I access http://192.168.178.51/adminer.php I can see the Login Form, but its not styled, neither is it possible to login. The owner of the file is the user of the Virtual Machine, the rights are 777.

Are there any futher requirements which I am not aware of?

Has anybody an idea what's happening? It's the first time for me, that adminer doesn't work.

    Thanks for your help

I would say check any available server logs to see if there any clues as to permissions and/or invalid paths being reported.

Let us know what you find, as it might help others.

It looks like that something strips the URL parameters. Can you check what is sent to the server (e.g. in Firebug or Chrome Developer tools)? It should be something like 'adminer.php?file=default.css'.

Or maybe some server variables are missing. Adminer requires REQUEST_URI or ORIG_PATH_INFO to find its own path.
