Connect to Oracle through oracleinstantclient?

    I have my PHP configured with OracleInstantClient. But when I enter the database information (server, username/password and database) on the Login screen, I get the following error:

    ORA-12504: TNS:listener was not given the SERVICE_NAME in CONNECT_DATA

    You must type in "Server" the database name and it works

    It works with "Host/SID" in "Server" field, and nothing in "Database" field.
    You can check your tnsnames.ora for hosts and SID values.
