Are you talking about Adminer's web app login/password or about an SQLite3 login/password ?
Can you elaborate why this exactly prevents you from using Adminer ?

It's there for security reasons. Otherwise anybody would be able to access your SQLite databases via publicly available Adminer. You can use login-sqliteplugin.
