#495 [MySQL] special characters in table names not handled correctly

Hi. I imported some databases in MariaDB and they appear wrong in the list or in alter table.

I found two issues:
{storage} is displayed as %7B%7Bstorage%7D%7D in the table list
Old+Table is displayed correctly but when doing alter table or other actions the plus sign is not visible

I couldn't reproduce it. Adminer escapes table names correctly. Maybe there was something wrong with the import.
