When Adminer development is installed to "/usr/share/webapps/adminer" and the open_basedir="/usr/share/webapps/", all paths of the form "../adminer/" fail. In Arch Linux package adminer-git I'm having to sed these all away.

This looks like a PHP bug. Going from webapps/adminer/ to ../adminer/ doesn't leave webapps/.
