#309 Can't modify rights for nonexisting server/user combination

MySQL (68)

If there is a mysql user for example josef and josef has in mysql user table access to localhost and some ip, for example, but the rights in mysql db table are configures for % they could not be edited with adminer. Adminer let you modify only right in mysql db table which exactly corespond with server/user combination in mysql user table. phpMyAdmin can handle this.

It seems that standard commands like GRANT are not able to work with this kind of privileges. Adminer is not going to support direct manipulation with the mysql database tables.
