#556 little module for real time chat

now with the change of module mail to "messages" and with the Database we have created for PM, it should be a small work to integrate a chat page, for real time chat of users.

my idea:
- js json call to get data from Database
- update screen just if new value in database
- delete first 50 entries, if 100 are in Database (to have not so much entries)
(- maybe support of some smileys)

Maybe we should think about it to create a separate module or plugin for the chat. I dont think it's the right place to put it into the message module, because there we have only messages that we store permanently into database.

I close this bug:

simple chat function is working and all additional features i will manage in extra requests.
