Über eine neue Einstellung in der Profilfeldkonfiguration soll es möglich sein, dass bestimmte Profilfelder nur im eigenen Profil und von Leuten mit dem Recht andere Profile zu ändern, einsehbar sind.

    there is already a field in the Database: "usf_hidden"
    need to check if this is exactly for this use-case?

    or we can use the "usf_disabled" and change it from checkbox to select.
