Has this been discussed somewhere else? In our association, we find this information very helpful. This shows why we get an e-mail, because we are in a given role. It is something totally different if we get an information because we are in the role "Committee" (Vorstand) or the role "Members". In the latter, we know that the information is now official, while in the former it's rather "restricted".

I got a code contribution that removes this. Then I created this BUG. But after a thought about it I'm with you Erich and think we should remain this feature.
But maybe Stefan removed it in 3.0. We should check this and add that feature again maybe with a preference.
