#83 Compile toolchain failed

Hi,

I'm a new one with blackfin.
I followed the wiki 'https://blackfin.uclinux.org/doku.php?id=toolchain:buildscript' to build the toolchain but it will failed.

The environment running in docker based on ubuntu 18.04 as root privilege.

BTW, the branches I used 2014R1
