1, Install Eclipse Juno release
2, Install the Blackfin GNU tool chain Eclipse plug-ins into Juno
3, Create a new "Blackfin Linux FDPIC GNU Toolchain (bfin-linux-uclibc)" project for BF538
4, Visit Properties > C/C++ Build > Discovery Options
(!) at the bottom of the dialog reads
"This discovery method is deprecated, use 'Preprocessor Include Paths' instead"

The discovery appears to still work, but will be phased out in Kepler, I presume.
