#10 NT4OpenDrive Error trying to open ADFOPus on Windows 10

Using Windows 10 Pro, v1903, OS Build 18362.720, I get the following error when trying to use ADF Opus to open a device:
Win32InitDevice:NT4OpenDrive

Upon acknowledging the dialog, it then basically ignores the request to open a device.
